Since NCC512 was organized in a hurry to help Wenchuan 512 Earthquake victims.  NCC512 is a platform rather than an organization to help.  NCC512 was initiated by several non-profit organizations in San Francisco Bay Area including Sichuan Folks Association, Guizhou Oversea Promotion Association, and Silicon Valley Chinese Engineers Association (SCEA) in the next day of the earthquake.  Then, Northern California China 512 Earthquake Relief was established and over 60 organizations in Bay Area immediately joined this force to provide help to the quake victims (see the list below). NCC512 is working with a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, Wuhan University Overseas Alumni Science Foundation (WUOASF), after we worked with IRS in this very special time.  Therefore, your donation is tax deductable.
